  Your order will typically arrive within 3–8 business days.

  Every package comes with a track-and-trace link, so you always know where your order is.

We want you (and your pup) to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, returns are easy.

• Return Window
  Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and with tags.

• How to Return
  Simply email us at shop@pisterpets.com with your order number. We’ll provide a return label and clear instructions.

• Refund Timing
  Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

• Return Shipping Costs
  Return shipping costs are based on standard rates. For a true touch of luxury service, we often choose to absorb this fee for our customers.
